• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.

• Once an order has been dispatched to a courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Include your order number and photos of the item(s) received
• We will review your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion
3. Food Product Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, perishable, or consumed items, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
